cant login to minecraft (website, client)

Hey,

So basically, after the whole cape redemption going on earlier i was on my account on a random server. i was sitting there for roughly an hour trying to claim the cape. i then was told that the API was working and that the capes were claimable. i then logged out, and logged back in to try and claim the cape and now it says i don't own a copy of minecraft on the client, and then on the website when i click sign in and put my details in etc... it spits this error link

PS: I'm able to login to outlook/my microsoft account, and also xbox.com with it, just not minecraft.net
