Jukebox still emits notes even when custom track finishes playing

When replacing a Music Disc's audio file, it is well known that the audio will cut off if the new audio is longer than the original audio. (MC-260346) However, when the new audio is shorter than the original audio, the Jukebox continues to emit note particles even after the audio has finished playing.
