The Sweeping Edge enchantment deals 1 more damage than before

I enchanted a netherite sword with Sharpness 5 and Sweeping 3, and killed 2 creepers standing side by side in 2 hits by hitting only 1 of the 2 creepers. The other was killed purely by taking 2 sweep attacks. I did another experiment–I lined 2 creepers (or any other mob with 20 hp and no armor) side by side, again, and hit one of them with the sword and made sure both of them were damaged. Then, I used my bare hands and hit the other creeper, and after exact 10 hits it died. Both experiments imply that the sweeping damage of my sword is 10 instead of the theoretical 9, as in earlier versions. This problem is not affected by the new feature of Fire Aspect affecting sweep attack, as I experimented with swords with and without Fire Aspect respectively.
