Hopper Minecarts won't put items into Crafters

May affect past versions too

I was trying to make a fast auto diamond compressing machine when I found out that Hopper Minecarts do not place items into Crafters

How to Reproduce

1. Place Crafter on the ground
2. Shift place rails on to crafter
3. place hopper minecart onto rails
4. place items into hopper minecart
   No items go through
   (Breaking the rails does not help)
