multiplayer.

What I expected to happen was...:
i have buyed the game microsoft store but the multiplayer not working...i tried all methods to solve the problem and they did not work.

What actually happened was...:

and i have this msg when i lunch the game..
this msg from logs: failed to retrieve profile key pair
 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The game is actually in my account and is working normally, but the original servers are not working.
2. When I log in to the server, a message appears as in the picture.
