Players' capes don't move with the yaw of their bodies when swinging

The Bug:

Players' capes don't move with the yaw of their bodies when swinging

Players' capes usually follow every motion of the player in every other instance but this one.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure that you have a cape equipped.
2. Look directly down and switch perspectives once (hit F5 once).
3. Punch the ground constantly and observe the movement of your body and your cape.

Observed Behavior:

Your cape remains completely still despite your body rotating.

Expected Behavior:

Your cape would rotate with your body.
