There's mining animation in adventure mode after lighting up blocks with fire aspect

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a candle and a sword with fire aspect.
2. Set your game mode survival.
3. Use that sword to attack the candle to light it up.
4. Set your game mode adventure.
5. Dig the candle with the sword.

Observed Result: You can see mining animation going on.

Expected Result: There should be no mining animation in default adventure mode.
