Sharpness no longer increases the attack damage tooltip number

In 24w18a, the damage tooltip for Attack Damage is no longer increased properly when a weapon is enchanted with sharpness. For example, a Sharpness 1 Netherite Sword should state that it does 9 attack damage, 9.5 at Sharpness 2, 10 at Sharpness 3, 10.5 at Sharpness 4, and 11 at Sharpness 5.
