My Skin doesn't change Please help me

I recently bought Minecraft Java and Badrock Edition, and logged in normally. I went to change my skin and for some reason it doesn't change, not even if I search on the website or in the launcher it says I'm using the right skin, but it always stays with Sunny's skin. Besides, I can't access multiplayer servers at all. Please, can anyone help me? I've looked everywhere and still haven't been able to solve it.
