Random broken piece of Disc 5 flowing in my world

I was just putting torch in my tree farm in Minecraft but then I came across this weird bug when a broken piece of disc 5 flowing in my world i cannot place or break it, why is this happen, Please fix it Mojang, when I fell in it I almost can't get out since I cant place blocks.
