Snowballs cannot be made invisible

Using the simple vanilla summon command

```
/summon minecraft:snowball ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1b,Invisible:true}
```

this should create an invisible floating snowball, but even though Invisible is set to true, it is still visible
