Powder Snow room in Trial Chambers an spawn too low, causing powder snow to not fully generate

I was checking out the Trial Chambers, and I found a powder snow room. It spawned around y=-54 and went down to bedrock. The powder snow at the bottom collided with the bedrock, causing the floor of the room to barely be covered in powder snow. Not sure if this is a bug though
