Sound doesn't play when it is set under "play_sound" effect of "tick" condition of an enchantment
Expected behavior:
Sound effect defined in "play_sound" effect of "tick" condition of an enchantment should be played.
Observed behavior:
For vanilla enchantment, "minecraft:particle.soul_escape" is not played when walking/sprinting on "#minecraft:soul_speed_blocks".
Note:
I checked the vanilla enchantment JSON files. It seems that only soul speed and channeling uses "play_sound" effect in their definitions. The channeling is under "hit_block" and "post_attack" conditions and this works fine. The soul speed is under "tick" condition and it's not working.
