Logs duplicate when crafting planks, creating infinite wood

After mining a log and using the log to create planks in the player inventory crafting, the log will remain there instead of disappearing once the planks are made.

What I expected to happen was...:
The log to disappear once the planks were crafted

What actually happened was...:
The log remained in the inventory crafting table and I got it back

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mine logs
2. Craft planks
3. Log should remain in the inventory crafting menu
