Player camera rapidly zooms in and out when descending from any height

An odd bug is currently causing the player camera to rapidly zoom in and out whenever players descend from any height, whether it be from going down stairs or falling from a normal jump. It sometimes happens multiple times in rapid succession when falling from greater height levels.
