"Loading terrain" message not vertically centered / does not use black box background

Ever since MC-270262 was fixed, the "Loading terrain..." message is correctly displayed over the panorama. However, it is displayed inconsistently from other such messages in that it is displayed higher up and there is no added black background shape for contrast.

How to fix

Make this message display like how the others do.
