Allay's AI stops when cord y below 0 in the End

On a Server with some friends, some one take a Allay into the End dimension and when it enters below y 0 his AI stops and now is stuck.

We are using only the experimental changes for the 1.21 (and we do not are using the another experimental datapacks), it could be affected by that.
