Background of main menu does not render correctly

In the main menu it is like a screenshot of the last menu or the startup loading screen is in the background that gets corrupted by most likely the background that it tries to render like shown in the pictures. Tried to completely reinstall the driver of my graphics card with no effect. Happens on every startup of the game.
