Wind charge, fireball and shulker bullet makes a "Burning" sound as it passes through the lava.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a 3x3 lava pit.
2. Summon wind charges in the lava.
   wind_charge

   /summon minecraft:wind_charge
   

   breeze_wind_charge

   /summon minecraft:breeze_wind_charge
   

3. Notice the wind charge making "burning" sounds in the lava.
