Finishing eating/drinking triggers both frequency of 3 and 8

If the player eats or drinks something, it triggers the two sculk frequencys 3 and 8 at the same time. Its not pressed with mobs, for example, a witch.

However, if you sneak while eating or drinking, it only triggers frequency 8.
