Commands possible in Hardcore

When you create a Hardcore world and are in the game, you can press "ESC", then click on "Open to LAN", and then set "Allow cheats" to "On". After that, by clicking on "Start LAN World", you can use cheat commands, even though it shouldn't be possible.
