Can glitch through any block using lava and water.

When using lava and water to create obsidian/cobblestone, sometimes it maybe created in the same position you're standing in, leading to the player glitching inside the block.

How to reproduce

1-Obtain a bucket of lava and water.

2-Create the same bamboo/any block structure attached to the report.

3-Place water in the position you're standing in, and then pour the lava next to the block next to you. 

You will realize that a block has been created in the same position you're standing in and the player has glitched through the block.

Observations: Player can glitch through blocks when a block is created in the same position the player is currently in.

Expectations: It should either push the player away or wouldn't create the block.
