I play on a Realm server. We recently updated to 1.20.5 and certain crafting recipe's are missing - most notably stairs

What I expected to happen was...:
Accessed crafting table to make stairs

What actually happened was...:
Crafting recipe for stairs not present in crafting table recipe book. Game cannot create stairs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have planks in inventory
2. Access crafting table
3. Access recipe book - no stairs
