Versions 1.7.2 - 1.7.10 crash when creating a new world

Whenever I try to create a world in these versions, the game crashes. The "Affects Version/s" box says "1.20.5" because I couldn't type in any past versions. Again, the released versions from 1.7.2 all the way to 1.7.10 are affected.
