Players maintain their vertical momentum when landing after being launched by the wind burst enchantment.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give yourself a mace enchanted with a high level of wind burst by using the command provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:mace[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:wind_burst":100}}]

2. Enter survival mode and perform a smash attack on an entity.
3. Watch closely as you hit the ground.

Observed Behavior:

Players maintain their vertical momentum.

Expected Behavior:

Players would not maintain their vertical momentum.
