MC-271055Reloading Resource Packs cause all particles to disappear
Step 1
Run /tick freeze and summon a particle.
Run /tick step 3t if needed.
Step 2
Run F3+T to reload all resource packs
You will then see while the game is frozen, all particles have disappeared.
