Missing netherite horse armor and trimming for horse armor

Hi, in the minecraft, I can trimming any armor and upgrading any type of armor. however the trimmed horse armor and netherite horse armor is currently missing in the game. I am confusing why the netherite horse armor and trimmed horse armor are not added in minecraft, if you could fix this quickly it would be much obliged. Thanks!
