Cherry Blossom cape not being added into Java edition

Hey! didn't know where to send this issue/bug, and I'm also not sure if it can be called a bug, but my account hasn't gotten the cherry blossom cape yet, we get it from voting in the mob vote which I did 6 months ago, and i've waited until now and still haven't gotten it in Java edition specifically, i got it in bedrock edition, so thats why i'm only thinking it might be a Java edition issue.
