carts are not making sound in the latest version of the snapshot

I'm using the latest version of snapshot on my map, even though it's not completely safe - I did bkp before entering the world. But an error that started to appear is that: the minecarts are not making sound when I enter the world and only make sound again when I destroy them and put them back on the tracks.
