View Bobbing setting is a toggle, rather than a slider

The bug

The setting for View Bobbing is a toggle. This is inconsistent with the damage tilt, FOV effects and distortion effects settings, which are sliders for intensity, despite all four of these being visual camera transforms.

How to fix

Make View Bobbing a slider with selectable intensity values to resolve this inconsistency.
