It doesn't make sense for sheep to spawn in Savanna

The Savanna is a hot and humid biome, the sheep has a lot of fur to keep it warm so in a Savanna it would probably suffer from heatstroke. For those reasons I think sheep shouldn't spawn in the Savanna biome.
