Upgrading a world with an empty-item arrow or trident logs error

Using a command, an arrow or a trident could have had their item set to air. This item logs error upon upgrading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the following command in 1.20.4

   /summon minecraft:trident ~ ~ ~ {pickup:0,item:{id:"air"}}
   

2. Upgrade the world to 1.20.5-rc1

Expected Result
No error is logged.

Actual Result
An error is logged.

Tried to load invalid item: 'Item must not be minecraft:air'
