1.20.5 Release Candidate 1 Refuses to install.

So the newest minecraft snapshot will not install

What I expected to happen was...:
the update to install and just skip the failed file

What actually happened was...:
It keeps trying to install the failed file

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install it
