Minecraft might freeze after minimizing on intel graphics

After minimizing Minecraft while on the Create New World screen the screen may not update and trying to resize the game the screen turns black

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft 1.20.5 Pre-Release 4
2. Go to the Create New World screen
3. Open Task Manager & Event Viewer
4. In Event Viewer go to Administrative Events
5. Minimize Minecraft and after a few moments a task named "Windows Problem Reporting" may go up and Minecraft may freeze.

In Event Viewer on Administrative Events, an Event with the ID of 4101 shows saying:

Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

This issue does not occur in 1.20.4

This issue may be limited to PCs running with Intel Graphics
