Radius of cobwebs spread by the weaving effect has been decreased

Prior to 1.20.5 pre-release 1, mobs with the weaving effect would spread cobwebs in a 7×7 area upon death. Since 1.20.5 pre-release 1, this area is only 3×3.

This change was not explicitly mentioned in the change log for that update so it might not be intended.

To reproduce

1. Place a repeating command block with the following command in a flat area:

   summon husk ~ ~1 ~ {NoAI:1b}

2. Activate the command block with a wooden button
3. Splash the husks with a weaving potion
4. Splash the husks with as many instant health potions as it takes to kill them
5. Observe the size of the area in which the cobwebs are placed

Expected behaviour

The cobwebs are placed in a larger area (7×7) like in 23w14a

Observed behaviour

The cobwebs are only placed in a 3×3 area around the command block
