Banners can go through chests/blocks

Banners can glitch inside blocks and chests.

How to reproduce

Obtain a banner and place 1 block.
Then place the banner on the side of the block.
You will notice that the banner glitches underground.

Observations: Banner can glitch through any block using this method
Expectations: You shouldn't be able to place the banner underground or through any block.
