The debug stick can start an animation to break a block, but does not break it.

Expected behaviour :
Either the stick can break the block, or block animation so that it cannot start, as in adventure mode or when the player tries to break a block with a sword in creative mode.

Current behavior :
The animation is started, but the debug stick doesn't break it
