Spectators teleported while spectating entity

Also tested in 1.20.5 and it does work but it did not let me put that as a affected version

What I expected to happen was...:
Spectator not teleported when used TP command on spectator

What actually happened was...:
Spectator teleported to another location until spectator left entity spectation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use command blocks to /spectate an entity then make the entity have a tag that teleports you to another location until the location is reached
2. run the command blocks
3. when spectation is stopped player will not be teleported

what it should have done is spectated me on the armor stand, then when i crouched to get off it should have teleported me where i was in the end.
