Players are not prevented from walking off edges while sneaking if attribute generic.step_height is higher than n and if there are n block steps

1. Execute these commands on the chat:

/attribute @s minecraft:generic.step_height base set 9.00001

/attribute @s minecraft:generic.step_height base set 100

2. Try to move outside the edge of the block while sneaking if there are no blocks within 10 blocks directly below.
