Instant Read-Timeout

Logging on to a server as normal, then Instantly losing connection
The messages I have encountered so far are: Connection lost, Read time-out, lagging infinitely (I can move, nobody else is, frozen server), logging in then instantly displaying an endless Downloading Terrain Screen.
