Why no lag?

Hello there, just a simple bug report here!

I tried to play Minecraft Java Edition in the latest version but it was VERY laggy. Especially just after entering the world or when new map was being generated.

However, after I switched up to Linux Mint, the lag was COMPLETELY GONE. And in Windows it dropped to 10-20 FPS every time!

I tried many things to fix back then. But why, after switching the OS, the lag is gone?

(I also tried on a clean Windows 11 install!)

Full specs:

• Pentium Gold g6400 (10th generation dual core)

• Geforce GTX 1650 (also tried with the iGPU)

• 8gb raw RAM

• SSD m.2 240gb
