The Ctrl + Pick block did not copy the command block data correctly

The Ctrl + Pick block did not copy the command block data correctly

while pressing control and pick block, the NBT data of the command block is copied, but when you place down command block, it data is abnormal.

What I expected to happen was...:
i expected that the items would get copied.

What actually happened was...:
the command block data was abnormal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  place a command block
2.  fill it
3.  press CTLR+MIDDLE CLICK.
4.  place the copied command block
5.  see that the command block data is abnormal
