Entering creative flight does not cancel wind charge blast height tracker

Entering creative flight while moving upwards from a Wind Charge blast does not cancel the blast height tracker. This often results in the player incorrectly being granted the "Who Needs Rockets?" advancement.

To reproduce

1. /advancement revoke @s only minecraft:adventure/who_needs_rockets
2. /give @s minecraft:wind_charge
3. Launch yourself upwards with the wind charge, then quickly enter creative flight before you have started descending
4. Fly at least 8 blocks upwards
5. Exit creative flight
   You will be granted the "Who Needs Rockets?" advancement.
