The OSK doesn't automatically show up when any Minecraft input field is focused

When you select any Minecraft input field the OSK doesn't automatically show up.

Steps to reproduce:

• In System Settings turn on the on-screen keyboard.
• Open Minecraft, the OSK should automatically show up even thoungh no input fields are focused. (MC-273585)
• Close the OSK and select any Minecraft input field (open chat, select the search bar to search through worlds, use creative inventory search, search through recipes in inventory). Notice that OSK doesn't automatically show up.

Expected result:

The OSK should automatically show up when any Minecraft input field is focused.

Observed result:

The OSK doesn't automatically show up when any Minecraft input fields are focused.

Notes:

• If you're on linux, you'll need to switch to Xorg before logging in.
• The OSK only shows up when Minecraft window itself is focused. (MC-273585)
