Villager Trade bug

What I expected to happen was...:
Villager Change trade everytime i break workstation

What actually happened was...:
The Villager offer some trade such as frost walker looting aqua affinity but it didnt give anything else. I Replace and break the work station for about 300 to 400 times and it was the same

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on snoowy village, place a lectern next to a villager and see
2.  get a villager by /give command and place workstation next to it
