Change the copper bulbs (and maybe crafters) back to their original coding

Just do what every redstoner wants, and change the Copper Bulb and Crafter's coding to the pre-23w46a code, every redstoner wants it. -Sincerely, every redstoner ever.

And if you don't wanna fix what's new from the new code, you could maybe add a gamerule called "Use45aCode" or something else, your choice on how to fix it.
