The enchantment glint is not visible on wolf armor worn by wolves

Related to MC-16829, which is marked as "won't fix" but might be worth reopening. When a wolf wears enchanted wolf armor, the enchantment glint isn't displayed on the armor. It's noteworthy that certain enchantments, such as thorns, curse of vanishing, protection or unbreaking, (probably more) function on wolf armor similarly to horse armor.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enchant wolf armor using an anvil while in creative mode
2. Tame a wolf
3. Outfit the wolf with the wolf armor

Observed behavior: The enchantment glint is not visible.
Expected behavior: The enchantment glint should be visible.
