unable to access wind charges/mace

unable to access wind charges, mace, heavy core and breeze rods through creative mode and commands. I was still able to access breeze spawn egg (did not drop anything but experience) and the new copper items, breeze still shot wind charges. did not look for anything else so don't know bout things like the bog and other new items. I do not know if I am the only one affected.
