ghost crafting

I'm pretty sure this happens when you are moving too fast when you complete the craft

It's also inconsistent because sometimes the crafted item is not a ghost

 

*steps to reproduce:

you need to start a craft while falling and there is a large chance that the product will be a non-functional ghost item that will disappear if you die or leave the world.
