Minecraft skin only shown as the default skin "Kai"

I recently got minecraft and was trying to setup my custom skin (wich i will attach below) but when i enter a singleplayer world in any version it only shows the default skin "Kai", i tried to change skin but that doesn't work, i've also tried to use a default skin from the launcher but it still only shows Kai, i tried contacting minecraft support and they told me to report it here.
